x+bricks invests in grocery-anchored properties in Germany. As a long-term property owner, the positive and sustainable value development of our portfolio is one of our most important goals – a distinctive sector competence, the intensive dialog with our tenants, efficient management processes as well as the control with a sophisticated data model help us to achieve this (read more in our strategy section).

In only three years after its foundation in 2018, the company has created a portfolio with over 200 properties valued at around EUR one billion. The company already secured an addition growth pipeline of around EUR 1.1 billion.

x+bricks has classified certain key measures to increase the value of the portfolio:

 

WALT (“weighted average release terms”) prolongation across various assets

Value-enhancing partnerships, e.g., strategic disposals, lease extensions

Efficiency improvements of rental contacts and cost structures

Supporting retailers in remodeling stores spaces and developing click-and-collect-facilities

Adding revenue streams by implementing solar systems and electro gas stations throughout the portfolio as well as establishing onsite outlets for delivery services (find more information in our sustainability section)
