Our recruitment includes six steps. Here we show you what to expect: Here we show you what to expect:
1. Your Application
Do you like it simple? Click on “Become part of our team” and send us a motivation letter, your CV and the relevant certificates (certificates from training and studies, work and internship references). You will receive an acknowledgment of receipt directly from us after the completion of your application.
2. Document check
Your application will be carefully reviewed by our HR Team as well as the competent department. We will give you feedback as soon as possible.
3. Getting to know
We usually give you and us three opportunities to get to know each other better:
In the first telephone or video talk we get a first impression of one another and can clarify whether the mutual requirements for the desired position are met.
Thesecond personal interview is a one-on-one meeting between you and the Hiring Manager and takes place in our office. Here we will find out what technical knowledge and skills you have and possibly challenge you with a brief case study.
During the third final round, you get to know your potential new team colleagues and the Management Board. Apart from the professional qualification, the cohesion within the team is essential for us. This is why we want to find out whether we are a perfect fit and inspire each other.
4. Our decision
After you have been able to convince us of your professional and personal qualities and we have decided in your favour, we will promptly send you an offer.
5. Your decision
If you look forward just as full of anticipation to join x+bricks, we will talk about the details of your contract and inform you about the next steps so that you have a great start with us.
